Cancellation Policy

At Discover Daze Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a smooth process for all travelers.

Cancellation Charges

30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges will apply, and no refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services may be non-refundable once booked:

Flight and train tickets
Hotel/houseboat bookings (as per property policy)
Gondola tickets, permits, and activity charges
Any advance payments made to third-party service providers

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days after approval.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank procedures.

Important Notes

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or official communication channels.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed activities, or changes made during the trip.
In case of weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances, refund decisions will be handled based on service provider policies.
